Vianoce sa pomaly, ale nezadržateľne blížia. Pre ľudí sviatky radosti a pokoja, pre mnohé zvieratká kritické obdobie, po ktorom sa ich noví „milujúci“ majitelia snažia zbaviť na krajnici pri ceste. Je to absurdné, že v 21. storočí ešte stále niektorí jedinci veria, že zviera – žijúci, dýchajúci a kakajúci tvor – je vhodným darčekom pod stromček, najmä pre tých, ktorí oň absolútne nestoja.

Nerobte to. Zviera nie je darček. Zviera je spoločník, parťák, ale hlavne obrovská zodpovednosť, finančná aj iná, na niekoľko dlhých rokov dopredu. Ale o tom, potom… teraz tu máme niečo príjemnejšie. Spokojné zvieratká, ktoré sa dostali zo „spárov“ ulice do útulku a neskôr do tých skutočne milujúcich rodín, ktoré by im zniesli aj modré z neba. A takto spokojne teraz vyzerajú.
